every single staff member was so kind and professional. i would definitely stay at this hotel again! the valet people were so nice. the restaurant on the 1st floor was very yummy and they were also so kind. i had such a pleasant experience- i would recommend this place to everyone! & we did get our deposit back so they don’t just “steal” money there was also an event happening the night we stayed and it was not abnormally loud or really loud at all.

The Silver Cloud Seattle Stadium was the perfect location to stay at for the Seahawks game as well as walking distance to a concert in Pioneer Square the night before. The staff was great. We will definitely stay here again

I can not rave more about how amazing the staff was at this hotel. I stayed with my baby and they were so accommodating and kind. I do not where you are hiring from but honestly like the best costumer service I have ever experienced. Keep it up Silver Cloud hotel staff. It does not go unnoticed, and made my quick stay incredibly enjoyable. Thank you !

Love this place! Pool and hot tub on the roof that overlooks T-Mobile Stadium. Great view of the inlet, the Eye, the Space Needle, and downtown Seattle. Super fun during a Mariners or Seahawks game. The restaurant, Jimmy's on 1st, is fabulous. Great food, great staff, fun atmosphere. Very comfy beds, nice and clean. Safe location. We stayed here 3 times in September and again in October. We'll be back again soon!

Travelling from out of country near or far you couldn’t go wrong here! Our stay at The Cloud Hotel was nothing short of excellent! From the fella at the vallet parking, the internal staff, the rooms and the roof top pool views… Wow! The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made check-in an absolute breeze. At Jimmy’s Lounge, the bartender/server Daria was amazing—so attentive and personable, and she really made our evening experience. The food itself was spectacular, far exceeding expectations for a hotel restaurant. It has a very clean restaurant, hotel and rooms. The manager Matt also came by to check in, and his attentiveness and very friendly personality really stood out. On top of that, the hotel offers convenient laundry services for guests which Annalise was very helpful to show us where it was and get us our laundry detergent. Each service made everything even easier. If you need anything the staff are around to help. Truly a wonderful stay—highly recommend The Cloud Hotel for both comfort and top-notch hospitality! We’ve stayed in many hotels and this by far is the best!

Great hotel with an amazing room and a beautiful view from the pool area. Special thanks to Luis DelaTorre at the front desk for outstanding service. He treated us extremely well and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Our stay was amazing, everything so comfortable and everyone was so nice. We definitely will be staying here again to get in the rooftop pool and hot tub! The restaurant is one of the best around or you have plenty of options right around the corner.

I experienced superior service by Tyler on the phone when I called with questions about a booking. Friendly, professional and informative. Didn't stay there yet but will be based on the guest service provided by him!

Absolutely loved our stay here! When we realized we accidentally booked at the wrong location, the staff here at the Stadium location was so kind and accommodating! Every single employee (housecleaning, valet, front desk) was SO friendly, welcoming and joyful. I would give 10 gold stars for customer service if I could! The room was clean and well stocked with any item you may need... toiletries, blow dryer, coffee bar, extra pillows, etc. We will definitely be staying here anytime we make our way back to the Seattle area. Thank you Silver Cloud for your lovely hospitality!
